Brotherhood Membership

After serving as an Ordeal member for a period of six months, and fulfilling certain other requirements, an Arrowman is eligible to go through a Brotherhood conversion ceremony.  At the conclusion of the ceremony, the participant will be awarded a Brotherhood sash to wear and can participate on the Ceremonies Team for Ordeal and Brotherhood ceremonies.

All of this is able to be found within the Order of the Arrow Handbook. The National OA website also offers the JumpStart program online to help familiarize new (or returning) Arrowmen with these elements. You will need your handbook to gain access to JumpStart. Please contact the Lodge Adviser if you no longer have your handbook.
